It is an English medium, co-educational senior secondary school. It provides the global standard of teaching and learning. It aims to evolve socially responsible, physically strong aesthetically rich, emotionally balanced, confident and creative individuals capable of tackling the challenges of the world with a firm value system.

This healthcare facility is in the small village of India, Bagla, Hisar, Haryana is open to all patients not only from the state of Haryana but also from across the country.
S. L. Minda Skill Centre (SLMSC) is a joint CSR initiative of UNO Minda and SPARK Minda Group. It is one of the pioneer institutes in the Hisar region. SLMSC was established in 2007 by Lt. Sh. Shadi Lal Minda Ji in Bagla Village, Hisar. The main aim of SLMSC is to work for community development by catering for Education, Livelihood Promotion, Women Empowerment, and the facilitation of Healthcare. SLMSC has provided a learning platform to the youth of rural areas. SLMSC has trained over 4000 trainees.
Minda Bal Gram was a Children's Home, licensed with the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of NCT of Delhi. Minda Bal Gram provided holistic love and care for children who need “Care and Protection”. The program's objective was to provide long-term quality institutional care and elementary education. We have also funded technical education for some of the children even after we discontinued the project. We have restored over 648 children since the inception of the project.
Moga Devi Minda Charitable Trust (MDMCT) is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of UNO MINDA & SPARK MINDA group of companies. It is a non-political, social, humanitarian and welfare organization. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and also registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act.
MDMCT has completed over 3 decades of social service and progressed from a child-focused organization to a multi-facet organization encompassing the holistic development of underprivileged sections of society. We have been able to forge ahead in various areas like Child Protection and Development; value-based quality education; vocational training; medical and health care programmes; women empowerment and rural development. MDMCT has also worked in the earthquake-affected regions of Gujrat and Tsunami affected areas of Tamil Nadu.
The MDMCT envisages multiple projects, including opening a technical & management institute in the near future.

As founder of the Minda Group he steered it since 1957 and helped it emerge as the leading player in the Indian automotive industry on the sheer merit of uncompromising quality of its range of automotive products.
